Charles J. Mira, CPA, JD
Chuck Mira has been a partner of Mira + Kolena since November 1996. He is a CPA as well as a tax attorney and has a significant amount of years of experience with closely-held organizations, retailers, manufacturers, construction contractors, financial institutions, real estate ventures, not-for-profit organizations, governmental and multi-state tax issues. Chuck received his undergraduate degree at Bowling Green State University in Business Administration and his Juris Doctor (cum laude graduate) from the University Of Toledo College Of Law. Chuck has over twenty-seven years of experience as a high level tax executive in national and local public accounting firms.
Chuck is a member of many professional organizations including the American, Ohio and Toledo Bar Associations as well as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. Chuck is a very active member of the community and has served on many Finance Committees and Board of Trustees for several not-for-profit organizations. He is currently a member of the City of Toledo Audit Advisory Committee and the Board of Trustees of the Toledo Country Club.
