Sylvia L. Cutcher, CPA
Sylvia has been a Tax Manager with Mira + Kolena since November 1996. She is a CPA and received her undergraduate degree Cum Laude from Michigan State University in Business Administration. Prior to joining Mira + Kolena, Sylvia was Tax Manager for national and local public accounting firms and Chief Financial Officer for a service organization.
Sylvia has over thirty years of professional experience in providing tax and accounting services to large and small businesses and not-for-profit organizations. She specializes in tax compliance and planning for businesses, individuals and not-for-profit organizations, including state and local tax compliance.
Sylvia is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Michigan Society of Certified Public Accountants.
