In total, the long-time friends and business associates have nearly forty years of combined accounting experience.

For example, Mira often focuses his efforts on tax and business consulting, including multi-state tax studies, business combination consulting and representing clients before various taxing authorities. Kolena directs audit, accounting and consulting engagements, such as preparing business valuations, assisting in obtaining new financing, acquisition due-diligence analysis and computer consulting.

There are approximately twenty employees at Mira + Kolena, including a staff of ten highly qualified CPAs. As a result, Mira + Kolena provides an even greater array of innovative, value-added accounting, auditing, tax and consulting services to individuals and businesses of all sizes throughout northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan.

In addition, the company uses the most advanced technological resources available and has an excellent computer consulting team that provides computer installation and support services for Great Plains Dynamics, Peachtree Accounting and Quickbooks accounting software programs.
